Shipping fees
- For orders under A$199, standard shipping is A$5 within Australia and A$15 to New Zealand.
- Free standard shipping to Australia or New Zealand is available for orders of A$199 or more.
- Any shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery information
We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand. PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund the affected order where appropriate.

The Australian estimates below include dispatch time. New Zealand delivery times vary by destination. All delivery estimates may vary during peak periods and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch and tracking
Orders are dispatched with Australian carrier partners. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch where available. Delivery instructions, authority-to-leave decisions and collection arrangements are controlled by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact the carrier promptly. OLALALO is not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address, an unsafe delivery location or events outside our reasonable control.
