Prices and product information

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Product availability, descriptions and promotions may change before an order is accepted. A price change after purchase does not create an automatic refund entitlement, except where required by law.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when OLALALO confirms it and payment has been processed. We may cancel an order or correct an obvious pricing, stock or technical error before dispatch. Payment is required before dispatch unless different terms are shown at checkout.

Returns and incorrect orders

Change-of-mind returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Please inspect your order promptly and contact us within 14 days if it is incorrect, damaged, missing or short-delivered, including your order reference and supporting details.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Discounts and promotions

Unless an offer states otherwise, only one discount can be used per order. Any applicable terms, exclusions and expiry date will be shown with the offer.
